DAY 1: ARRIVAL FLIGHT -ANTANANARIVO
At the airport, after completing the visa formalities, a guide and a driver will be waiting for you with a sign bearing your name. They’ll take you to your hotel. Depending on the duration and time of your arrival, you might already enjoy the life of the inhabitants of the High Plateau.

DAY 2: ANTANANARIVO – ANTSIRABE
We head to Antsirabe to participate in the Grand Circuit South of Madagascar. On the road, you can admire from afar the rice terraces and tombs of the high land of Madagascar. We head to Behenjy for lunch. Stop to discover a craft factory of aluminum pots in Ambatolampy and take a tour of the city. As soon as we arrive in Antsirabe in the afternoon, we will be able to explore the city of water and discover some workshops specialized in artisanal manufacturing.

DAY 3: ANTSIRABE – RANOMAFANA
Before leaving for Ranomafana, we will explore Antsirabe Avenue in a rickshaw. We head to Ambositra, the Malagasy capital of crafts and wood carving. Visit some craft shops in the locality of Ambositra. Then we continue our way to the village of Ranomafana. While traveling this circuit South of Madagascar, you can admire the landscape of the ethnic Betsileo, with its architectures and rice culture.

DAY 4: RANOMAFANA – MANAKARA
During this tour in southern Madagascar, we will visit the Ranomafana National Park in the morning. The Ranomafana Rainforest is known for its endemic flora and fauna. For the flora, we can distinguish different types of orchids and ferns. This park is home to many animals, including lemurs and chameleons. Later in the day, we head to the southeast coast of Madagascar.

DAY 5: MANAKARA
After breakfast, we will leave for a guided tour in a Malagasy canoe on the Pangalanes canal. We plan to visit the fishing villages and admire the exceptional flora of the region. Lunch with seafood and products from the eastern region of Madagascar.

DAY 6: MANAKARA – FIANARANTSOA
Our departure for the highlands is planned very early in the morning. On the way, you can see a panoramic view of the tropical flora, including the Ravinala (the tree of the traveler). Arrival in Fianarantsoa towards the end of the afternoon.

DAY 7: FIANARANTSOA – TSARANORO
After breakfast, head to Ambalavao to discover a workshop for making Antemoro paper and silk. Then we will visit the reserve of Anja, which is the property of the inhabitants of the village of Iaritsena. En route to Tsaranoro.

DAY 8: TSARANORO
Beginning of the hike to the mountain of Tsaranoro. We go on a day trip to contemplate the mountain of Tsaranoro and its surroundings.

DAY 9: TSARANORO – RANOHIRA
Breakfast at the hotel.
En route to the south of Madagascar via Ihosy, the capital of the Bara ethnic group. After that, we cross the Ihorombe plateau. Once we arrive in Ranohira, we can contemplate the sunset from the famous “Isalo window”.

DAY 10: RANOHIRA

By car, we head to Isalo National Park. Enjoy a day to explore the flora and fauna of the park, while bathing in the natural pool, the black and blue pool. The park is also famous for its canyon.

DAY 11: RANOHIRA – TULEAR – IFATY
Breakfast at the hotel.
Depart for the southern tip of Madagascar. See the first baobab tree in the south and discover the baobabs at Zombitse Vohibasia National Park. The arid landscape and the tombs of the Mahafaly ethnic group are a source of admiration. Then we continue towards the fishing village that houses the most beautiful beach in the south, Ifaty.

DAY 12-13: IFATY

DAY 14: IFATY – TULEAR – ANTANANARIVO – DOMESTIC FLIGHT
En route to Tulear airport to board the flight to the capital. Once arrived in Antananarivo, the representative of the agency welcomes customers.

DAY 15: ANTANANARIVO – RETURN FLIGHT

To finish this tour, we will take a tour of the city of Antananarivo. We will have the opportunity to visit the craft market, the largest market in town and the historical sites of Antananarivo, to discover the history of the Malagasy kingdom.
Transfer to Ivato airport to board the international flight.
